What a great time I had with these two chicks at the Yoga Spa in Ballston Spa, NY. I fell in love with the studio as soon as I walked in… it is amazing in there. The girls spent some time warming up and then they got down to business… well if you can call that business. I am pretty sure we had way too much fun to call this business. I was in awe of their practice and can’t wait to take some classes from these two amazing instructors. I can’t wait for next time…
